Carabux.com currently provides domestic shipping only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. Carabux.com is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Carabux.com is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please:

  1. Keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Contact the courier to file a claim.
  3. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos to our support team. We will assist with the follow-up process as best we can.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment or a refund. Additional processing time may apply for reshipments.
